为了不要辜负李爸爸一番心意,我决定先出我的第一次:炸香蕉。
有看前几篇文的朋友就知道,本人只是厨房新手。
这次,我真的克服很大的勇气面对滚热的油,把香蕉放下去的。
新手当然不知道怎么准备面糊的,李妈妈知道我想做,一大早就打电话来教我了
材料 Ingredient:
面粉,黍米粉,食油,盐
Flour, corn flour, cooking oil, salt
做法 Cooking steps:
1. 把香蕉切半备用。 Slice each banana into half.
2. 面粉加少许黍米粉和开水调成面糊,调好后加入少许食油。
Mix some corn flour and a pinch of salt into flour and then mix with water, stir well.
When the mixture is ready, add a little bit of cooking oil.
3. 滚热1/3锅油,将裹了面糊的香蕉放入,待炸上色后取出就好了。
Boil 1/3 pot of oil, put the banana covered with flour mixture into it. Fry until golden color. Done.
初试炸香蕉,成功!!!(~撒花~)
